We offer training 2 nights a week for both junior and senior members.
Juniors may start to train from the age of 6 until their 16th birthday at which point they can progress to the senior class.
We accept both men and woman and fitness is not an issue as you will gain all the fitness you need during the training sessions however as with any exercise if you have any concerns you should consult your G.P. before beginning training.
